Privacy notice for this website.
Effective 6 October 2026 · AnantHQ, Inc.
This notice covers this website and nothing else. It describes what the site actually does, which is a narrower thing than most notices of this kind, and it is written from the code in the repository rather than from a template.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the walkthrough or contact form. Nothing else is gathered while you read.
- The form asks for your name, work email, company, role, primary use case, what you already have in place, a deployment preference, and optionally a description of the decision you would bring.
- The decision description is free text. Please do not enter patient data, credentials, financial account information or other sensitive production data — the form says so, and the session does not need it.
- Your IP address is processed transiently to rate-limit form submissions, so that the form cannot be used to send bulk mail. It is not stored.
What we do not do
Google Analytics 4 is configured on this website, and it loads only after you grant consent. Until then the event helper in the code pushes to a browser-side queue and stops there, so nothing leaves your browser and no request reaches Google.
- No advertising or profiling tracker is present, and no data is sold or shared for advertising. The analytics property is not linked to any advertising product.
- No analytics script is loaded before you consent. The loader reads the consent value first and fetches nothing without it — including no request to Google's servers, because the tag is added only once the choice is recorded.
- No cookie is set by this website before you consent. Once you grant it, the analytics tag sets its own first-party cookies on this domain; see the next section for those and for the one value this site writes itself.
What is stored in your browser
One local-storage value holds your analytics consent choice. It is a preference rather than an identifier, it is not sent anywhere on its own, and clearing your browser storage removes it. If you grant consent, the analytics tag also sets its own cookies on this domain — those are the only cookies this site is responsible for, and clearing your browser storage removes them as well.
- The key is named for this product and holds a consent state. It does not contain personal data.
- Consent defaults to withheld when the value is absent or unreadable, so a failure to read it means no analytics rather than analytics without consent.
- Withdrawing consent stops further measurement. Removing cookies that were already written is the job of whichever consent tooling you choose, not of this page.
What happens to a form submission
A submission is validated, screened for spam, and delivered to us as an email through a transactional email provider. It is not written to a marketing database, because there is no marketing database.
- The transaction is configured through environment variables, including the provider key and the destination address. In a deployment without those set, submissions are not delivered and the form reports that rather than claiming success.
- Spam screening happens after validation, so a correction to a field does not consume your allowance.
- The website itself stores nothing. There is no contact database behind this site, and the retention section below describes what that means in practice.
How long we keep an enquiry
The website does not store what you submit. It is sent as an email to a company mailbox, so the only retention to describe is that mailbox rather than anything this application writes. Nothing from an enquiry is written to the product database.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This notice does not cover the product
This notice covers the website. The product is self-hosted software, so data you put into a deployment does not reach us at all. What a deployment retains is a matter between you and your own configuration, and the security page describes the defaults.
If anything here is unclear, or you would like the data-flow and licence documents that sit behind the security page, ask us in a walkthrough.
